The CipMap can display in which room a user is sitting.

This uses a command to parse the map and store the room in the database.

Wrong order of url rules resulted in generic /<room> url from server
catching django-admin as it matches also hyphen now.

Redirect from /django-admin to /django-admin/ is needed as the generic
room url would catch the version without the trailing slash. Trailing
slash version is needed as the full url on subpages otherwise would not
include it.

Temperatures should be floats otherwise fail.

Temperature is available through port 16842 on some hosts.

This is only possible for weekly or daily events. Real block events and
weird event repeatings are not supported (yet).

Timetable also needs to assure that start and end time are within its
range (currently 8:00 and 20:00).

Starting at 8:30 includes 8:00 now!

Some rooms are not implemented in UnivIS. For example the fsi rooms.

Otherwise jQuery throws an exception because $('#')
is not a valid expression.

So mobile devices can see more of the CipMap.
