Invalid link behaviour changed in io_uring

Since a couple of month I noticed that our LinkFutureTest fails in the Valid->Invalid->Valid case.
We expect io_uring to submit the broken chains until the invalid requests but since cf10960426515 io_uring does no longer submit broken links at all which seams reasonable.
