This reverts commit 201ea93d.

Well, fakechroot and fakeroot first have to be installed within the
container. But this leads to an unfortunate situation where either we
are doing an unsupported partial update by installing fakechroot and
fakeroot, or run -Syu --noconfirm (with broken hooks) before installing
fakechroot/fakeroot. Both is rather unsatisfactory.
