Evaluate cross-entropy loss with softmax activation and mean squared loss for regression on the classification layer

Debugged the command line params for scaling study, and tested with all the different command line flags

Added new compiler flags (also for trace collection using ITAC) and removed old compiler flags to improve performance

Set the batch size for testing as always determinisitic to compare the results sequentially with ground truth
