Added new compiler flags (also for trace collection using ITAC) and removed old compiler flags to improve performance

Set the batch size for testing as always determinisitic to compare the results sequentially with ground truth

Removed hard-coded datapaths to plot the comparison of the prediction and ground truth easily for any dataset

Resolved bug in the implementation of different bias values for each neuron in a given layer. Tested implementation

Implemented different bias values for different neurons in the same layer. Default was all neurons get shifted by 1 bias value!

Implemented output of the test data in append mode to avoid overwriting by subsequent batches! Take care to remove valid_out.dat file before running the script

Resolved bugs in the batchwise implementation of the validation datset and updated the plotting routine to save plots in proper directory
