Distillery Information System

We need an information system that tells us about (lets us search over) all instances in the distillery, their metadata and statistics. This is probably a web application whose backend is the distillery metadata database.

This information system can also be used as a front-end for collecting the metadata of WissKI instances to be created. When this information is complete, the provisioning scripts can be started.
