Improve CI

ci-extra into master

This MR splits the CI jobs to first test the inf4/neo before testing all distributions. We expect that the early stage should be sufficient to detect most issues.

Moreover, not only i4neo-demo but also i4neo-talk (the boilerplate) will be tested.

And finally, added Gentoo to the CI since Eva is using this distribution.
