impliment the InceptionNetwork

I find the last methon to mapping categories is wrong. Because several catagories' have three level and they are same at first and second level. So in dataset need read three parents name.

I have tested wheather data can successfully deliver inside the network.

next step:

• decide loss function
• decide operator
• split train dataset and test dataset
