Remove /data/local/tmp/selinux entry.

Change-Id I027f76cff6df90e9909711cb81fbd17db95233c1 added a
/data/local/tmp/selinux entry at the same time domains were made
permissive.  I do not know why, and do not see how this is used.
So remove it.
