[Job Failed #463590] LinkFutureTest hangs without worker suspension

I can not reproduce this on my machine.

5.10, but I've just switched the CI nodes to the backports kernel, which is 5.14 atm. "Just switched" here means that the CI nodes will install the backports kernel tomorrow, and after at most 4 days reboot to activate the new kernel.

Could be something like this or the EMPER concurrency bug encountered in maszstab.

I executed the failing LinkFutureTest on i4cinode15 and one run fail with:

LinkFutureTest: ../emper/BinaryPrivateSemaphore.cpp:47: virtual Context* BinaryPrivateSemaphore::signalInternal(): Assertion currentState != signaled' failed.

So maybe this is related to #13.
